Digital Products Digital products (downloads, ebooks, planners, printable wall art) are delivered instantly after purchase. You will receive a download link by email or on your order page. Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your file is damaged, will not download, or is not as described, email us within 3 days at info@fasglobalcreations.com. We will fix the problem or give you a refund. Physical Products Physical items are made to order. Production takes [3-7] business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you. Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot change it once the order is in production. Custom Orders Custom-made items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. If your custom item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
